For R5,900 per person, the package includes a two-day/three-night accommodation in a Superior Room at The Manor. Camp John Hay’s elegant hotel boasts of cozy, well-appointed rooms with handsome furnishings for the comfort and convenience of guests. A welcome drink and welcome dinner await participants upon their arrival at The Manor. On convention days, they are treated to full board meals consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and morning and afternoon snacks. The menu lists superb haute cuisine selections specially created by the hotel’s chef to pamper the participants. And, on the day of their departure, The Manor will treat participants to a sumptuous breakfast buffet.

As a veritable convention destination, The Manor and some of the surrounding facilities at Camp John Hay are Wi-Fi connected. "Convene at the Peak" convention package is valid for check-in Sunday and check-out Friday arrangement. A surcharge of R1,500 is billed per person for a check-in Friday and check-out Sunday schedule.
