Of course, what is Christmas in the Philippines without bibingka and puto bumbong? Each serving includes a cup of ginger tea, coffee or tea. Available until Dec. 31 from 1 to 9 p.m. also at the Patisserie.
At the Café Coquilla, families will surely enjoy a selection of local and international cuisine with the Christmas Eve Buffet on Dec. 24, from 6 to 11 p.m. In the morning, families can continue indulging in the season’s lavishness with the Christmas Day Brunch on Dec. 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Even for the yearend, families can partake of the New Year’s Eve Buffet and New Year’s Day Brunch on Dec. 31, from 6 to 11 p.m. and Jan. 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A Christmas Eve Special Set Menu is also offered at the Rotisserie. Choose from two main courses, either a traditional roast turkey with stuffing or pan-fried seabass, along with an appetizer, soup and desserts. For those who wish to spend Christmas or New Year’s Eve with friends, the Boulvar Lobby Lounge is the more appropriate setting. A special buffet is available for the Christmas Eve Rendezvous, while a New Year Countdown, will also be held at Boulvar. This features live music from Righteous Act and Muzik Matrix, along with tasty pica-pica all in one cozy venue. These are available on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, starting 9 p.m.
