Laguna, the so-called Resort Province of the Philippines, is a haven of fresh and pristine bodies of water such as hot springs, lakes and waterfalls. Most notable is the Pagsanjan Falls and River famous for its shooting rapids.

Easily, La Corona de Pagsanjan Resort is the jump-off point to the majestic Pagsanjan Falls and other interesting scenic spots in the province such as the lush greens of Nakulo and Caliraya Lake, known for windsurfing and fishing.

Nestled in the bosom of Laguna’s panoramic greens and located along the Pagsanjan River, the 4.5-hectare resort boasts of serene surroundings conducive for relaxation and learning. It also serves as a training center. It makes an ideal family escape with its rope courses, paint ball/war games and campsite.

The hotel offers teambuilding in a unique, thrilling kind of way, situated nearest to the Pagsanjan Falls so guests can just rent a boat to simply enjoy nature’s sceneries or to shoot the Pagsanjan river rapids. Paddled by skillful boatmen, experience the fun and excitement passing beautiful canyons, culminating to a majestic view of the 100 meter-high cascading waterfalls of Pagsanjan.

And as if that experience is not enough, try the resort’s high altitude ropes course challenge, which is the first in the Philippines and the highest ropes events in Southern Luzon. The well–designed, high quality and safe outdoor Ropes Course Challenge is used by trainers and facilitators as tools in teambuilding, leadership programs and self awareness workshops.

Its 32 spacious guest rooms are airconditioned and is complete with cable TV, hot and cold shower, intercom, emergency lights and personal care kits which also makes the resort ideal for live-in seminars, conferences and conventions, company and family outings.

There are three function rooms all equipped with audiovisual facilities. The Rambutan and Kaimito function rooms can accommodate a maximum of 40 persons, while the Lanzones function room can fit a maximum of 100 persons.

Other facilities include swimming pools, rock climbing wall, basketball court, volleyball and outdoor badminton courts, table tennis, billiards and darts. Guests who don’t want to sweat it out can have fun with the videoke.


THE PAGSANJAN WAY

Savor your favorite Filipino dishes prepared and cooked "the Pagsanjan way" served at the resort’s al fresco dining areas overlooking the scenic Pagsanjan river, or at the main dining hall.

La Corona de Pagsanjan is less than three hours away from Manila via South Expressway or via Rizal. From South Expressway, take the last exit to Calamba, turn right at Calamba junction towards Los Banos, straight all the way to Pagsanjan town and turn right towards Cavinti. For via Rizal, take Ortigas Avenue from EDSA, turn right towards Taytay from Cainta junction, pass through the rustic towns of Rizal, straight all the way to Paete, Kalayaan, Lumban and Pagsanjan town proper.
