ecognizing the exponential need and demand of luxury and business accommodations in the bustling Muntinlupa and upscale Alabang area, The Bellevue Hotel is stepping up to the challenge.

With three expansion projects in the South and a beach resort underway, The Bellevue is redefining boundaries and helping change the face of the hotel industry.

"With the large volume of corporate accounts and long staying guests from Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Alabang, Muntinlupa and Parañaque, the demand for rooms are exceptionally high, prompting us to create a new wing to cope with the booming market" says Bellevue marketing and communications director Ryan Chan.

The Bellevue Executive Tower, for instance, is expected to fill in this void with its 250 rooms, capping the hotel’s room count to 470 and will open by early 2009.

Bellevue’s general manager Patrick Chan states that they are giving back to the community through this new development, which is done by Architects Esteban and Gavino Tan, with interiors by Arch. Arlen de Guzman, the same team behind the original Bellevue Hotel.

The new wing boasts of a rich Asian-inspired design mixed with post-modern interiors, evoking a sense of beauty and timelessness. The Executive Tower will also have two specialty dining outlets: A Chinese restaurant with a seating capacity of 200 guests, and a Japanese/Korean one for 100. It has a leisure bar with a two-storey wine cellar as well as an outdoor area to chill out and listen to good music.

Resort and residential

Adding to The Bellevue’s family of hotels is a smaller one with 150 rooms to be built at the heart of the business district of Alabang at Madrigal Business Park. Targeted for cost-conscious businessmen and travelers, the smaller hotel will have the quality, standards and class of the trademark Bellevue.

A high-end residence named The Bellevue Residences will also rise beside the Executive Tower. With about 150-200 units, the Bellevue Residences is envisioned to be the South’s icon building, representing the thriving and flourishing locale of Alabang.

Furthermore, The Bellevue sets its sights on the island paradise of Bohol for a 200-room luxury resort. The resort, to be designed by Recio-Casas, will offer a 200-meter beachfront, two swimming pools, including a four-meter dive pool, a rejuvenating spa village, and a majestic ballroom good for 300 people. Located 15 minutes away from the airport, Bellevue Bohol is gearing up to be the luxury haven at Panglao’s virgin beach paradise.

From conquering the Alabang market to the verdant landscape of Bohol, The Bellevue continually reshapes satisfaction and luxury.
