The MV Eagle 5, a 107-ft aluminium hulled liveaboard boat previously operating in Palau, Micronesia, is now doing
liveaboard trips around the Philippines.
Destinations include Subic Bay, Puerto Galera, Apo Reef, Coron Bay, the Sibuyan Sea and the Sulu Sea.
From March, 2000, the Eagle 5 will be visiting Tubbataha and is now accepting reservations for berths.
With brand new equipment, two chase boats and 15 comfortable berths (one four-berth and six two-berth cabins)
and air-conditioned throughout, a cruise on the Eagle 5 is an excellent way to discover some of the very best dive
sites in the Philippines.
Captain Steve Warren and his crew are all experienced divers well used to catering to liveaboard customers, and
the dive guides are all experienced sailors, so you can expect a very high degree of professionalism on board.
Aside from the diving, the Eagle 5 has over US$37,000 worth of top-of-the-line deep sea angling equipment
on-board, including two Reelax fighting chairs and a complete wardrobe of Shimano rods and tackle, so even long
transition trips are exciting.
The on-board catering is superb, and the boat is fitted with every conceivable convenience.
Eagle 5 welcomes inquiries from individual divers and tour operators.
