Food enthusiasts can get a taste of something international by joining the French cuisine course to be conducted on April 8 at IHMES International Hotel School at Southville Foreign Colleges in BF International, Las Piñas City.
Through the one-day, 10-hour course, participants can learn how to create some of the French classical dishes as well as basic sauces and roulades from the culinary expert of IHMES.
It is open to everyone, from teeners to mothers, to would-be chefs, or to just about anyone who has a passion for cooking.
IHMES also offers short courses on elaborate cake decorating, baking, pastries, wine appreciation and chocoholics delight for chocolate fanatics.
