Legendary pianist is back at Sulo’s Lobby Lounge





Armino Estalilla is back to liven-up the scene at the Lobby Lounge of The Sulo Hotel. Pouring his heart and soul into his music, “Mang Miniong” as his colleagues fondly call him, will once again play tunes that will get feet tapping and fingers snapping.

Westin holds Mexican food festival

Pan Pacific Hotel hosts real estate seminar





The Pan Pacific Hotel will be the venue of “Continuing Education Program” (CEP) seminar on Jan. 27-28 at 1-9 p.m. sponsored by Real Estate Academy of the Philippines (REAP), Sylvia B. Pacina, seminar directress has announced recently.





Topics to be discussed are accredited by BTRCP. Speakers are Arch. Diogenes Barredo, president of Institute of Philippine Real Estate Consultants and lawyer Eduardo G. Ong, president of Philippine Council of Real Estate Educators, Inc.





Real estate brokers who have not taken their CEP seminar for their renewal of license may also attend. The CEP certificate is a requirement for renewal of Real Estate Broker’s license, last day of which without penalty is on Jan. 31.
