3 sister-hotels join SME Trade Fair

Holiday Inn Galleria Manila’s (HIGM) Sales and Marketing team, with its sister hotels Holiday Inn Resort Clarkfield Pampanga (HIRCF) and InterContinental Hotel Manila (IHM) represented the Intercontinental Hotels Group during the Foreign Chambers Small and Medium Enterprise Trade Fair held recently at the World Trade Center in Manila.

Dubbed “Come as You Are, Bring What You Are,” the event was spearheaded by the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (ANZCHAM) with the involvement of the British, Canadian and European Chambers as co-organizers.

The said participation of the three hotels was aimed at intensifying market awareness of the IHG brands among companies as well as introducing the first-ever Crowne Plaza Hotel in the country, the Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila, which will open in 2005.

Present during the trade fair were HIGM’s assistant director of Sales Cristina Ong-Cruz, HIRCF’s director of Sales and Marketing Estella Uyloan and IHM’s director of Sales and Marketing Carmela Bocanegra, together with their respective sales teams.

Considered as the most global hotel company, IHG owns a portfolio of well recognized and respected hotel brands including InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites. Holiday Inn Galleria Manila property is the latest member of the international management chain under the Holiday Inn brand.
