Terms and Conditions

• All reservations must be guaranteed by the guest's credit card (card number and expiration)
• Guest's credit card will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah or Thailand Baht at the prevailing exchange rate. Rate of exchange applicable on the date the guest is charged applies.
• To avoid any differences due to fluctuation in exchange rates, Amanresorts recommends the following methods of payment:
  a. Pay the room charges in US Dollars by transfers to the Resort's US Dollar Bank account, details of which will be advised upon request. The transfer of funds should be made at 14 days before the guest's arrival to enable the Resort to trace and credit the guest's account. Other incidental charges will be billed to the guest's account in Rupiah or Baht, to be settled at the time of the guest's departure.
  b. Pay the room account upon check-out in US Dollars currency notes or Travellers Cheques. The amount payable will be calculated in US Dollars as per the Rates quoted. Other incidental charges such as meals, beverages, etc. will be billed to the guest's account in Rupiah or Baht, also to be settled at the time of the guest's departure.
  c. Should a booking be cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival or in the event of no show, 2 nights accommodation fee may be charged and will be debited to your card.
