8 Suites By Fat Jimmy’s is the newest Boutique Hotel of Hasikan Dev. Corp. situated a few minutes away from Aguinaldo Highway in Barangay Iruhin Ridge View Tagaytay City just before reaching Tagaytay Highlands.

8 Suites offers an exquisite organic modern architecture setting that provides a welcoming atmosphere. 8 Suites is a brainchild of a passionate entrepreneurial management student David Gomez in Joint venture with Hasikan Dev. Corp. who owns Fat Jimmy’s Boracay (started on 2003).

8 Suites began in July 2008. The name, 8 Suites was inspired by the family’s favorite legendary lucky number 8, followed by the suites referring to a stylish boutique hotel.

It provides eight uniquely designed chocolate themed rooms, spacious lobby, dining area, seminar rooms, infinity spa and a sprawling garden overlooking the Taal Lake.

It is a perfect hideaway where you enjoy comfort, nature and privacy.

Merk's Café at 8 Suites Brewing in Tagaytay
 

A new destination for local and foreign tourist is brewing in Tagaytay. Nestled at Barangay Iruhin Central, Merk’s Café does not only offer a feast for the palate but also a serene and relaxing view of nature. Merk’s Café at 8 Suites serves breakfast delights as well as lunch and dinner favorites.

Guests can savor breakfast meals with local flavor such as Crispy Tawilis, a locally available freshwater fish fried crisp, Adobo, a favorite Pork and Chicken dish slow cooked in soy sauce, vinegar and spices served with Steamed Rice and fresh tomato, Sardines, Sinaing na Tulingan while enjoying the breathtaking view of Taal Lake. Hot from the pan Triple Layered Pancakes with Crispy Bacon and various Omelettes are also offered as breakfast treats. Rohini’s healthy Lacto Vegetarian meals will also be offered. Rohini’s menu includes Crispy Adobo, Longganisang Hubad, Corned Beef and Pesto Pasta.
