on Cancellation:
* Please advice us of any cancellation at least three (3) days prior
to the arrival date of the request, otherwise, an equivalent to
one (1) room night shall be charged.
* For any cancellation made on the day of the arrival or a no-show,
a corresponding one (1) night no show charge for guaranteed reservations
