Manila-based developer Techno-Asia changed that two years ago when it planned to create a residential resort community called Club Balai Isabel. Today, Techno-Asia’s vision has grown from a four-hectare private subdivision to a nine-hectare resort.

	ROOM TYPES
	- SAMPAGUITA MANOR The Sampaguita Hotel Rooms is a stand-alone structure composed of 6 rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people each with two queen-sized beds. There is a small lobby in the middle of the structure.
	- YLANG-YLANG SUITES A stand-alone structure with 6 rooms, the rooms on the first level contain two queen-sized beds each, and can fit up to four people. Rooms on the second level have a loft and contain three queen-sized beds each, which can fit six people.
	- BAYANI SUITES The Bayani Suites are named in honor of some of the favorite sons of Batangas: Mabini, Malvar, Recto, and Agoncillo. The proximity of these buildings to the lake makes these rooms popular with guests. The rooms in the Bayani Suites are divided into four categories: the Lakeside Suites, Lakeside Suites with loft, Lake Front Suites, and Lake Front Suites with loft.
	- LAKE SHORE AND ORCHARD LANE SUITES These spacious one-bedroom suites can fit up to six people, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen so that you can whip up your favorite recipes--perfect for families! The Lake Shore suites are for those who like to be near the lake, and the Orchard Lane suites are for those who prefer to be surrounded by greenery.
	- VILLAS Experience home away from home in these three- and four-bedroom villas. Guests have achoice between the Lakeshore Family Villas with its close proximity to the lake and the Family Villas, which are in the residential lane of Club Balai Isabel.
	- COTTAGES Self-contained in a quiet part of the resort, the Cottages afford privacy for your family. With two queen-sized beds and two single beds, these cottages fit a maximum of six.

Clubhouse
At the center of activities in Club Balai Isabel, the clubhouse offers two function rooms a full service restaurant, a swimming pool with a breathtaking views of The Taal Volcano, a business center and a novelty shop.

Balikatan
The Balikatan course delivers challenging physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate. A perfect addition for corporate functions or a playground for the young ones.

Batangueño Hall
An audio visual facility equipped with modern technological necessities for corporate planning seminars and other functions. The complex can house up to 180 pax not including the beautiful and spacious garden path which can be utilized as well.

Accommodations
Beautifully lined along the shorelines of Club Balai Isabel. The accommodation are designed to feel like a hotel room with the cozy functionality of a studio unit with a kitchen nook. Each room is promised an unobstucted view of the lake where the Taal Volcano reside.
