Comfort was in mind, when we built our accommodations. EAGLE POINT offers 16 twin-sharing cottages, air-conditioned with their own bathroom and balcony; 1 two-bedroom cottage, air-conditioned with living room, 2 bathrooms & a large balcony; and for those who have a tight budget, 4 quad-sharing bunk rooms (air-conditioned & non-air-conditioned) with 2 double-decked bunks in each room sharing 2 external bathrooms. Though the bunk rooms do not have their own private balcony, fronting it is a large sun-deck with 2 sawali cabanas (native open huts) next to the sea. 

Our cottages were built in clusters of twos. All of which have a great view of the sea. They are solidly built with hard wood to withstand the harshest environment. Point of fact, during the SUPER TYPHOON 'LUCING' in 1994, guests that were stranded there (we were fully booked at the time), felt safe in their respective cottages. In fact, they were having a ball! 

Note to all guests, the management cannot take responsibility if you're awaken by an overly romantic lizard which we lovingly call the TUKO (pronounced Too-kuo), named after the sound that they make. Warning!!! The sound they make is a mating call. Restrain yourself from imitating their call unless you want a unexpected bedmate. 

Terrace Hotel

TERRACE HOTEL is our four story structure located on the north end of the resort with twenty four furnished rooms in hotel-like luxury with a fantastic view of the Balayan Bay. It is conveniently located next to our main pool area and restaurant. And it is also purched above the reef pool and the water sport pier.

Cottages

Clustered in the southern end of the resort are our 18 one-bedroom cottages. Equipped with the standard air-conditioning, its own toilet and bath, each cottage features luxurious wood paneled floors for a more rustic ambience and with its own balcony with an unparalleled view that promises to calm the senses

Casablanca Suites

Sitting in the middle of the resort, about a stone throw from the restaurant, is a beautiful four storey structure we call the Casablanca. Once a spa, it was converted into a 3 bedroom condominium suite air-conditioned with 3 bathrooms, living room and satellite TV and 5 hotel-like rooms.

Villa Suites

The Villa was one of the original structures when this property was privately owned. Today, the villa was renovated with the accommodations located on the second level. Here you will find two bedroom suites with their own bathrooms. One suite is larger than the other. Both bedrooms open up to a large sheltered veranda lined with decorative Spanish grill

Native Cabanas

Many of our foreign guests have commented about the good ol’ days when our cottages had that native look. Today, we have ten [10] cabanas complete with tatched roofs, woven matted walls and bamboo slat floors. Of course, though the huts have rustic motifs, you can always count on the bathrooms being quite modern. All the cabanas have nice view of the sea.
