Swimming Pool The Resort's swimming pool is located near the beach and is surrounded by a large deck area. The pool is deliberately shallow at four feet throughout and features a circular kiddie pool area. Sampaloc Tree House Terrace The facility is located near the swimming pool and bonfire pit. It is the resort's venue for group evening activities. Along with outdoor seating, the covered area for buffet meals and bar service, the Sampaloc Tree house Terrace has accommodated groups of up to 400 guests. The elevated pool deck may be used as a stage for speeches, games and disco dancing. The Sampaloc Tree House Terrace provides an ideal setting for bonding and videoke sing-alongs. Main Pavilion The Pavilion is an 800-square-meter structure that incorporates restaurant, bar, lounge, office, and reception areas. It seats 140 guests for meals and 20 guests at the bar and lounge areas. In fair weather, additional seating may be placed under the surrounding coconut trees and along the beach. FREE WIFI AVAILABLE WITHIN THE PAVILION Function Room An air-conditioned Function Room suitable for meetings with 60 participants or a lecture hall for 100 persons is available at the Main Resort. Laiya Coco Grove Resort Complex is unusually spacious. The surrounding beach, mountain, and marine environments enhance the Resort's tropical setting. The improvements introduced enable guests to enjoy Laiya's natural attributes whether they visit for a day or stay over weekends and longer holidays. Guests have a wide range of options. They may opt to set up camp or stay in air-conditioned tree houses. They may host their own cookouts at Laiya Coco Grove's picnic locations or dine on hearty, wholesome meals prepared for them at the Pavilion. Laiya Coco Grove not only provides pure relaxation, peace, and privacy but also strives to offer affordable and enjoyable recreation that keeps guests coming back. Flying Fox A zip line that starts at an elevated platform in an Ancient Acacia tree. With a full safety harness, guests leap from the platform and glide to the beach. Oceans Kayaks The resort has a fleet of double kayaks for exploring Sigayan Bay. Kayaking is fairly easy to learn and the resort provides (mandatory use) life jackets to safely enjoy the kayaks. Camp Laiya The camping site has comfort rooms, and showers; Camp Laiya can also provide cooking facilities, picnic tables and benches. Laiya Coco Grove can supply for a nominal fee up to 20 Tents capable of sleeping two (2) to four (4) persons each. Campers may also opt to use their own tents. Trampolines Two trampolines equipped with safety enclosures are available for guests weighing up to 95 kilograms. It's great fun and exercise! Pool Table The Main Resort has one (1) full-sized pool table for knowledgeable player(s).
