The first of its Asia, 85/15 Gournet Cuisine unveils a radical twist to your concept of healthy eating. Fully in line with the philosophies behind The Farm, the unique menu of the restaurant revolves around the idea that true nutrition only comes from "Living" food.


Our master chef has created a range of dishes that will perk up all your senses. From rich and creamy vegetable soups, to truly unique pasta dishes, to a refreshing fresh ice cream, all of our dishes satisfy your most primal desires; with one important difference: the cuisine we serve is composed of almost entirely uncooked fruits, vegetable, germinated grains and nuts.

Dining on the open air terrace within the lush jungle, and enjoying an experince that you have to taste to believe, you cannot get any closer to edn than this.

At the Farm we have three basic goals in introducing you to our delicious and nutritious cuisine. FIRST: TO SATISFY YOUR EYES, YOUR PALATE AND YOUR EMOTIONS WITH BEAUTIFULLY PRESERVED DISHES. SECOND: TO EDUCATE YOU ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF EATING A PLANT-BASED, PRIMARILY RAW-FOODS DIET. THIRD: TO PROVE THAT EATING FOR HEALTH NEED BE BORING.

You will find some of your favorite dishes on the menu, from Pates and crackers to exciting main dishes; from fruit ice cream to cookies and cakes. Using our methods of soaking, blending, dehydration, culturing, and a bit of special magic we transform vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruits into amazing culinary offering - without cooking.

We have named our reataurant 85/15 in order to represents the ratio of raw-to cooked foods thats we provide at every meal. The reason we serve 85% of our food in its raw, unadulterated state is because raw foods contain enzymes that cooked foods do not. Enzymes are crucial catalysts for every bodily function and are present in a perfexct balance iin all raw foods provide by Nature. Enzymes are destroyed by heating foods above 42 degrees Celsius so we use specially designed dehydratos that give raw foods the appearance of being cooked without overheating and detroying the enzymes. Your soup will be served warm rather than hot in order to preserve these valuable nutritional rejuvenators.

Now to the fun part - our chefs have collaborated to mkae this dining experience unique, pleasurable, and satisfying on every level.
