Nestled at the south-easternmost tip of Cagraray Island, embracing the Pacific Ocean, Misibis is about twenty-minute boat ride from Legazpi Port Area. It is about forty-five minutes from Legazpi City proper. Legazpi, a first-class city, is Bicol Region’s convention center is plainly about 45 minutes away from Metro Manila by plane, making the resort easily accessible compared to resorts of its kind in the Philippines.
How to get there:
From Manila, take daily flights via Philippine Airlines to Legazpi arriving at 8:20 am with return flights at 9:05 am. Otherwise take a bus or train from Manila to Legazpi.
From Legazpi City take the Sto. Domingo-Calayucay-Buhatan route that will lead you to the jump-off point. A motorized boat will ferry you across the Sula Channel from where guests can either take a 15-minute jeepney ride or a 25-minute boat ride to the resort.
Guests who wish to bring their own car can proceed directly to Roro Port A and mount their cars onto the barge. Traversing the Sula Channel via barge will take only 2 minutes. As soon as the barge reaches the other side, guests can then drive themselves to the resort, which will take 15 minutes.
Guests who wish to take a more scenic route may do so by heading straight to the Legazpi Port. Boats will be ready to transport then to Misibis Resorts, Estates & Spa in just an hour. |
