Terms
& Conditions
Cancellation:
*Seven
(7) Days Prior - Fifty
percent (50%) of the total charges for the entire length of stay
will be charged, with a maximum of four (4) room nights only,
if the cancellation is made seven (7) days before the arrival
date.
*Two (2) Days Prior - Eighty
percent (80%) of the total room charges for the entire lenght
of stay will be charged, with maximum of four (4) room nights
only, if the cancellation is made two (2) days before the arrival
date.
* After Check-In but Before Check Out - One
hundered percent (100%) for the remaining unused room nights,
with a maximum of four (4) nights, will be charged if cancellation
is made within the duration of the stay and/or prior to a confirmed
check-out date.
No
Show:
One Hundred Percent (100%) of the total room charges for the entire
length of stay will be charged if no confirmed guest will arrive
on the confirmed arrival date.
