We are a family run resort located in peaceful Balingoan, Mantangale, Misamis Oriental. The name of the resort came from the town we are located in--Mantangale, while "Alibuag" is the local word that means "freshwater springs" of which there are a lot of, both above and below the water. Only 80 kms from Cagayan De Oro City and facing the Bohol Sea, our 8 climate controlled duplex cottages, features a private veranda, and 4 Executive Suites are nestled on 5.5 hectares of lovingly landscaped grounds planted to Lanzones, Coconut and other fruit trees as well as flowering shrubs. We have an orchid garden which provides the flowers that decorate our rooms and dining tables. We love hosting Corporate Seminars and Team Building Activities in our fully air-conditioned Conference Room. If you've got energy to burn, choose from a variety of activities--swim, snorkel, scuba-dive, kayak, fish or cross over to Camiguin and enjoy its terrestrial and underwater wonders. We ARE, after all, the Experts in Camiguin diving! Feeling lazy? That's okay too! We've got benches and hammocks nestled under our trees for you to read or nap in or work on your tan by the pool. There's a mini playground and a tree-house for the kids as well as a sandy beach and glass bottomed boat for those who love the sea. Our 2 restaurants serve both local and international favorites. Guests rave over our Lechon roasted Cebu Style and our basket of local fruits. At the end of the day, enjoy the sunset from our Gazebo by the beach as the sky turns Camiguin purple.

SCUBA DIVING
A PADI accredited resort superbly located to be able to access more than a dozen divesites in the northern Mindanao mainland and Camiguin island. The dive shoppe has sets of well maintained equipment for rent (but it is best to bring your own). Tanks are usually aluminum 80s with yoke fittings. Compressor is a Bauer Mariner with 8 cfm rating for fast filling of tanks. Nitrox is mixed with a stick blender and is available for FREE to certified in-house guests. Most dives are done from 30foot speed boats with 115 HP outboard motors with 6 divers/ boat.

	Swimming Pool Chill out in our refreshing pool.A kiddie pool is also available for our little but important guests! We conduct our PADI dive lessons here too!

ACCOMMODATION

	Duplex Cottages Our comfortably furnished Duplex Cottages can accommodate 2 guests and feature a private verandah for early morning coffee or tea.

	Executive Suites Our Executive Suites can accommodate 4 guests and features a living area, 2 bedrooms and a private deck overlooking the Bohol sea and Camiguin Island.

ACTIVITIES
	Fishing Troll for deep sea species aboard our high powered boats. We'll provide the boat, the rods and the bait while you provide the energy to land the big one! Fish for Trevally or Barracudas the whole year or come down for Spanish Mackerel, Wahoo, Bonito ,

	Glassbottomed boat Ok, so you want to see the corals and fishes but you don't want to get wet--here's our answer! Enjoy the breeze as we cruise through fields of corals and fish life--all visible through the clear bottom of your boat!

	Kayaks Need to burn off excess energy? Take a ride and give your upper body a work out on board one of our sturdy sea kayaks.

	Orchid garden Be captivated by the colorful flowers of our lovingly tended orchid garden. Fresh-cut flowers from the garden are used to adorn our rooms and tables. Plant lovers and photographers just love this place!
