Flight Schedules

Notes:

Rates are quoted on a per room per night basis for single or double occupancy, and subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax (subject to change). Luggage allowance is 20 kg (44 lbs) per adult passenger including hand luggage and 10 kg (22 lbs) per child age 2 to 6. Infants have to share luggage allowance with parents. For excess luggage, storage facilities and travel bags for re-packing are available complimentary at the Amanpulo Louge in Manila. Luggage allowance is strictly enforced on all flights Manila-Amanpulo-Manila. Flight schedule and approximate private charter rates are enclosed for your reference.

Maximum of 3 adults per Casita (or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 in a casita). Infant cribs are provided FREE of charge.

Payments:

All bookings must be pre-paid, inclusive of service charge and government tax seven (7) days from the date of reservation.

Cancellation policy:

1) For all the periods of the year except for peak periods:
- In the event of cancellation within fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival date, two (2) room nights accomodation value (per casita), inclusive of service charge and government tx will be deducted from the pre-payment. Reservations must be confirmed with all international details, within 7 days booking.

2) For the peak periods below:
- Chinese New Year
- Easter/Holy Week
- Golden Week

In the event of no-show, cancellation within thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival date, two (2) room nights accommodation value (per casita), inclusive of government tax, shall be billed to the guarantee. Reservations can only be confirmed when all international flight details are received.
