offers comfortable accommodations. All units are provided with
a spacious bed, writing desk, marble bathroom, and verandah. Guests
can choose between a Beachfront "Fan" cottage or Airconditioned Beachfront
cottage or room.

Phase 1 / Main "Sunset" Beach - Beachfront "Fan" Cottage
(Cottages 1 to 20) located along the Sunset Beach. Detached bungalow-type
cottages suited for single, twin or double to triple occupancy are located
in this phase. The architecture of Phase 1 cottages is a modern
version of the Filipino hut or "bahay kubo". The simplicity of its interior
is warm but breezy with wooden floors & screened windows.

Phase 2 / Sunrise Beach - Sea-view "Aircon" and Hillside
"Aircon" Cottages are located along Sunrise Beach and built from natural
materials. Each with spacious private verandah and hammock.
These cottages are a mere 5-7 minute walk to the island's main beach
area and ideal for families or a group of friends (Accommodates up to
5 people).

Island View Suite
(3) Phase 3 - Island-view "Aircon"
Room are all non-beachfront units with modern furnishings and outside
verandah. This apartment-type building is built on a hillside
giving it a fantastic view of the island's natural lagoon and garden.
(4) Swimming Pool - Take
a dip in our swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Simply the best
of both worlds. Sure beats swimming in a roofdeck pool!

Clubhouse - Hang around the Dugong
Bar. Listen to music or swap stories with friendly dive masters
and guest relations officers! Children can play games and learn
fun crafts! Library, video room, billiards, etc.

Boutique, Dive Shop & Clinic - Still
have some free time? Browse through our gifts and souvenir selection
and indulge yourself in snorkeling and diving equipment just before
you hit those exciting dive sites and reefs. We also offer Reflexology
massage.
(7) Restaurant and Seminar Room - No
vacation is complete without a sumptuous meal. From mouth-watering
buffet spreads to excellent ala carte entries. There is a videoke
upstairs!
(8) Lagoon - Explore
the inland beauty while coming face to face with wildlife such as the
Calamian Deer, monitor lizards and a variety of birds. Bring binoculars.

(9) Tennis Court - Wimbledon
in Paradise? Even Pete Sampras will be green with envy watching
you keep fit with a relaxing couple of sets.
(10) Hidden Beach - Have
you ever tried hitting a golf ball the length of the seemingly infinte
sea? Well, here's your opportunity to show your golf driving skills.
(11) Hiking Trail - 5
to 10 minutes trek. Wear rubber shoes or sturdy sandals.
Binoculars, too, and get a great view of the hidden beach and Islang
Walang Lang-aw at the tree house.
(12) Eagle's Point - Highest
point in the island. It gives a view of surrounding Diboyoyan
island.
(13) Wind & the Sea - Go
ride the hobiecat, or simply ride the waves with the windsurf.
Don't miss the pink sunsets showing daily at the white sand beach.
(14) Dugong Protected Area - Snorkeling
is prohibited here. Slip into diving gear and patiently wait underwater
for the adorable Dugong (Philippine Manatee) to feed on the sea vegetation.
(15) Dive Sites - Diving
is excellent. Come face to face with sharks, sea turtles, barracuda,
and more. Get the rare chance of diving with the fascinating Dugong!
(16) Classroom - Abundant
shallow reefs. This is a protected area so be very careful with
the coral beds. Snorkeling is higly recommended.
