Forest View Leisure Residences is being developed and operated by SBPhil Development corporation, a duly registered company under Philippine Laws, with offices at FV Leisure Residences Administrative & Booking Offices at El Kabayo Road, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Philippines, right in the heart of the Location. The Company has an initial inverstment of some US $6 Million . earmarked to develop this American suburb style village into a full complement rest and leisure oasis in Subic Bay.

Our Villas

Our Villas is fully-fursnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and bath, kitchen with cooking and eating utencils. Dining room, living room with Cable TV and own carport. Round the clock security, 24 hours house keeping services. The Villa is good for 8 PAX additional charges shall apply but not exceeding 10 pax per unit. Children below 8 years old stay for free with a maximum of 3 kids per unit.

To date, there are 52 houses available for daily/monthly/yearly rental; the remaining 68 units are being renovated for long term lease (49 years).

Forest View Leisure Residences has amenities ideal for weekend vacation or retirement. Brist walking / jogging routes, basketball and tennis court, children's playground, swimming pool, Wi-Fi room, Conveniencce Stores, Conference and Function Halls.
