This 2,200-acre playground includes a sweeping golf course with lakeside and mountain scenes, and outdoor swimming pools. The Fairfield Flagstaff Resort is centrally located for day trips to the Grand Canyon and many other nearby sights and attractions.
The one-bedroom suites have a queen bed in the master bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen. The two-bedroom suite has a king bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room, a sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen. Some units have a whirlpool/hot tub, and there is an in-room laundry in all the units.

The must-see when staying at this resort is the Grand Canyon, of course, which is a good destination for a day trip. Guests can tour the rims or venture down (with proper preparation). The Oak Creek Canyon provides incredible sandstone formations along the scenic highway leading to Sedona, which is known for its large artistic community and its amazing red rock formations. The nearby city of Jerome is billed as an old mining ghost town, but has come back to life with great contemporary arts-and-crafts studios. The Coconino National Forest covers two million acres, which teem with lakes and streams for boating, swimming, fishing, and other sports. Also within an hour drive is the Petrified Forest, the Sunset Crater, Montezuma Castle, and the Tuzigoot ruins, and the Museum of Northern Arizona. The Snowbowl Ski Resort is just seven miles north of Flagstaff. Four chairlifts serve more than 30 slopes and cover a 2,300-foot vertical rise. Two mountain lodges provide equipment rentals, restaurants, lounges, sports shops and lessons for adults and kids. Flagstaff has a charming downtown area on historic Route 66. A golf course and outdoor pools are available on site, and horseback riding is available within 4 miles.

1900 N. Country Club Dr., Flagstaff, AZ - From Flagstaff Airport: Start out going northwest on S. Pulliam Dr. toward S. Liberator Lane. Turn left onto W. John Wesley Powell Blvd. Merge onto I-17 N. Merge onto I-40 E via Exit 340A toward Winslow/Albuquerque. Take the Page/Grand Canyon Exit 201 and turn south onto North Country Club Drive for approximately one mile. Turn left on Old Walnut Canyon Road and turn immediately right into the parking area for check-in.
