Hotel Features. Dining options at The Beverly Hilton include Trader Vic's, the tropics-inspired restaurant, renowned for its potent, fruity cocktails, Polynesian menu and hula dancers. Circa55 offers an American menu with a sprinkle of California flair and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a poolside bar and live entertainment on weekend evenings.
