Location. The Belleview Biltmore Resort & Spa occupies 23 landscaped acres atop a 30-foot bluff in a Clearwater, Fla., gated residential community. The resort overlooks the western Intracoastal waterway.
Hotel Features. Built in 1897, this Victorian-style property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A broad driveway lined with palm trees and Spanish moss-draped live oak leads to the hotel's historic lobby. Select rooms are furnished with ceiling fans and decorative, non-functional fireplaces, while all accommodations feature period mahogany furnishings.
