The Daytona Beach fishing pier, the Ocean Center at Ocean Walk Village and the Ocean Walk Shoppes are three blocks from the hotel. This beachfront hotel offers a wide array of recreational programs, including water aerobics, ice-cream socials, arts and crafts, and movies. The hotel features an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa tub, putting green and a fitness center. A cocktail lounge and tiki bar offer cold tropical drinks. Wireless Internet access and a business center are available for a fee. Additional on-site amenities include a library and card room, and laundry facilities on each floor. Children's activities, a children's pool, water slides and a game room are available on site. The Daytona Beach Regency offers one- and two-bedroom, air-conditioned condominiums with separate living, sleeping and dining areas. All units feature fully equipped kitchens, including stoves, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers and complimentary coffee. Living rooms offer cable television and sofa beds. The condos are equipped with telephones and dial-up Internet access. The resort provides a mid-week cleaning for stays of four nights or more.

During Spring Break From 3/12/08 - 4/16/08 A $500 Deposit, Payable By Credit Card Only, Will Be Collected. The Deposit Is Refundable Provided There Are No Damages To The Room Or Resort, Or Items Missing. Please Be Advised That Excessive Street And Area Activity May Cause Delays In Traffic During Spring Break Celebration. Only One Parking Space Per Unit Is Available Due To Limited Space On The Property. There Is No Trailer Parking Anywhere On The Property. Property Is Oceanfront But Not All Units Are Oceanfront. The Resort Provides A Mid-week Cleaning For Stays Of Four Nights Or More.
