Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Majestic Sun sits across the street from the white sandy beaches of Destin, Fla. This 12- story property looms over a two-lane street that runs parallel to Highway 98, and is within walking distance to local restaurants.
Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Majestic Sun boasts a multi-level 3,500-square-foot indoor/outdoor pool that boasts an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This property also offers tennis courts and two spa tubs. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the off-site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service, which includes two chairs and one umbrella, is also offered.
Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Majestic Sun are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.
Please Note: Guests making reservations must be at least 25 and must occupy the unit the entire stay. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
