Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Surfside Resort is located across the street from the white sandy beaches of Destin, Fla. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, a two-lane road that runs parallel to Highway 98, this property is convenient to shopping and dining.
Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Surfside Resort offers an outdoor pool, children's pool, and basketball and volleyball courts on the third floor. The property boasts a skywalk leading from the rentals down to the beach. The on-site restaurant, Sunset Charlie's, offers casual dining on the second floor, and poolside beverages. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are provided at the on-site office. Seasonal beach service is also available complimentary.
Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Surfside Resort are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. All units are equipped with private balconies. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.
Please Note: Guests making reservations must be at least 25 and must occupy the unit the entire stay. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Guests who make a reservation without fulfilling the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be permitted to check in.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted, and proof of certification may be requested at check-in.
Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.

From Memorial Day Until September 30, The Check-in Office Is Open 24 Hours. From October 1-May 22, Hours Are From 7 A.m. To 11 P.m. Guests Who Are Planning To Check In After 11 P.m. Must Use The Courtesy Phone Located At The Recreation Office To Receive The Access Code For The Lockbox, Which Will Contain Keys And Guest Information. Please Note: Guests Making Reservations Must Be At Least 25 And Must Occupy The Unit The Entire Stay. Guests Under 25 Are Not Allowed Unless Accompanied By A Parent Or Legal Guardian.
