Tucked away in a secluded enclave of Longboat Key, the Colony Beach Resort is four miles from St. Armand's Circle, featuring specialty food shops, fine ethnic restaurants and live entertainment.

The Colony Beach Resort's restaurant serves fresh local seafood dishes and continental-style cuisine, and offers a Sunday champagne brunch. Driving Directions
1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Fla. From Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport: Approximate distance to the resort is nine miles.
Exit the airport and turn right onto University Parkway. Turn left on US-41 South. Proceed to Gulfstream Avenue/FL-789 N. Turn right on Gulfstream Avenue. Proceed to John Ringling Boulevard. Follow to St. Armand's Circle, and proceed one-quarter way around the circle. Stay in the right lane and proceed onto FL-789 N. toward Longboat Key. The hotel is located three miles ahead on the left. Go through the guard gate and continue to the right. Make a half circle until you reach the high-rise building. The check-in desk is in the lobby of the high-rise building.
