Location. Top of the Gulf Suites, positioned in the East Beach area of Panama City Beach, Fla., is located across the street from the 18-hole Signal Hill Golf Course and one mile from Zoo World. Attractions including miniature golf, go-kart tracks, charter fishing and dolphin encounters are within five miles of the resort.
Features. Top of the Gulf Suites, housed in an eight-story building located directly on the gulf, offers a private ocean-side pool with a poolside snack bar, in addition to a tennis court, beach volleyball court and various water sports. Kid-friendly amenities include a "kids eat free" program and various on-site recreational activities.
Guestrooms. The condominium efficiency suites at Top of the Gulf Suites offer fully equipped kitchens and condo-style living areas with sleeper sofas. The suites are tastefully decorated by the individual owners, and may feature additional amenities such as VCRs, washer/dryers and spa tubs. All suites have views overlooking the city. Most units have tile floors and feature standard floral or tropical contemporary decor.
Expert Tip. St. Andrews State Park, located three miles east of Panama City Beach, offers swimming, kayaking, canoeing, snorkeling and scuba diving in the jetties, and fishing at two piers.

8817 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Fla. From Panama City International Airport: Head South on Lisenby Avenue towards FL-390. Turn slight right onto FL-390. Turn sharp right onto 15th Street, which becomes FL-30. FL-30 becomes FL-30A and then turns into Front Beach Road. Turn left onto Beach Boulevard. Beach Boulevard becomes South Thomas Drive.

The Guest Service Representative Will Have All Of The Appropriate Check In Information. The Boardwalk Beach Resort Front Desk Is Open 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. A Credit Card Imprint Or Cash Deposit Of $200 Is Required Upon Check-in For Telephone And Any Other Incidental Charges That May Be Incurred. If Deposit Put Down Is In Cash Or Check, You Will Be Refunded 14 Days After Check Out As Long As There Are No Damages. **Please Note: At Least One Person Occupying Each Unit Must Be 25 Or Older**
