Location. Positioned on the sunny south shore, Castle Poipu Shores, a Condominium Resort is located in the renowned Poipu Beach resort area in Kauai, Hawaii. Hotel Features. Perched atop a rocky cliff, the resort overlooks the blue waters of the Pacific.
