Upon Arrival, There Is A Courtesy Phone At The Front Door To The Lobby; Attached To The 3 Peaks Phone Service. Once Identity Has Been Confirmed, Instructions Will Be Provided As To The Location Of The Key, Unit, And Map Of The Property. Guests Are Asked To Check In At The Front Desk The Next Morning To Fill Out All Necessary Paperwork. All Rates Are Based On Double Occupancy Except For The Two-bedroom Units, Which Are Based On Quad Occupancy. An Extra-person Fee Of 20 Usd Will Be Collected From Guests At Check-in For Each Person Over The Specified Occupancy For Each Unit.
A Credit Card Authorization Is Obtained At Check-in. The Amount Of The Authorization Is The Current Room Balance Plus $100 (Subject To Change) For Incidentals Including Room Damage, Phone Calls, Pet Charges, And Extra Person Charges.
