421 Squire Pope Road, Hilton Head, S.C.
From Hilton Head Airport:
When exiting the airport, turn left on Beach City Road and follow it to the stoplight.
Turn right on Highway 278 and follow to Gumtree Road.
Turn right onto Gumtree Road and follow to stop sign.
At stop sign, turn right onto Seabrook Drive and follow to the end until seeing Daufuskie Island Resort Embarkation Center located on the left, just before Hilton Head Plantation's Cypress Gate.
From Savannah International Airport:
Exit the I-95 North exit out of the airport and continue on I-95 until you reach Exit 8 to Hilton Head Island.
Proceed on Highway 278 about 20 miles to the Hilton Head Island bridge.
Cross the bridge and continue approximately 1-1/2 miles to Squire Pope Road (first traffic light over the bridge).
Turn left on Squire Pope Road and follow this road, which becomes Seabrook Drive, to the Daufuskie Island Embarkation Center is located on the left.

Check-in Begins At The Embarkation Center, Where Guests Will Board Daufuskie Island's Passenger Ferry. Please Allow A Minimum Of One Hour Prior To Departure To Check-in. The Bellman Will Greet Guests And Assist With Luggage. A Credit Card Is Required At Check-in. Luggage Will Be Delivered To The Guest's Room Or Cottage On Daufuskie Island. The Ferry Ride Takes Approximately 45 Minutes To The Island.
Resort Fees Are Determined By The Hotel And Are Subject To Change.
