Delivery Options
I. HOTEL/ASIAN PACKAGES RESERVATION ONLY:
Upon
getting the hotel confirmation,TravelSmart.NET will retrieve the
reservation using the corresponding tracking number called the
Reservation Number.
a.
Prepaid Hotels/Asian Packages -
Please
refer to mode of payment found in the Rates page of each prepaid
hotel. See Modes of Payment below for more
information. A Hotel Voucher will be issued through email, fax
or personally upon payment.
b.
Postpaid Hotels - guest can pay
upon check-in/out depending on the policy of the hotel. Payment
can be in cash or credit card. A Hotel Voucher will be issued
through email or fax upon confirmation. This voucher will be presented
to the hotel upon check-in.

II.
RESORT RESERVATION ONLY:
TravelSmart.NET
will send the resort confirmation details with
the summary of all the charges and an Option
Date (Due Date/Deadline of Payment) to settle the guest's
total charges. Failure to meet the Option Date would mean automatic
cancellation of the booking. Please see Modes
of Payment below.
A
Resort Voucher will be issued through email, fax or personally
after payment.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation
of bookings made after paying for the reservation are subject
to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) room night.
Further penalties will be imposed depending on the type of season
(lean or peak) the reservation has been made. Cancellation of
reservation during Peak Season will mean forfeiture of the full
payment. Details of lean and peak season dates are seen in the
rates page of each resort website.
REFUND
In some cases where refund will occur, please be advised that the refund will be in the form of Check. Credit Card refunds will be made in a form of credit to your credit card account.

III.
AIRLINE TICKETS
Upon
confirmation of flight reservations, TravelSmart.NET will send
the flight itinerary (schedules and total charges) to the customer
through email or fax. All flight reservations are tracked using
a unique reservation number. See Modes of Payment
below.
Modes
of Payment for all Services:
1. CASH. Guest must visit our office
personally at Infophil.COM Bldg., 8427
Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City, Philippines
2. BANK TRANSFER. Guest can deposit to the bank account
below.

Note: The guest should handle additonal
bank charges if the bank requires it.
3. CREDIT CARD. Tao Solutions Inc on behalf of TravelSmart.NET accepts major international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express). For all transactions less than US$100 and card holder is part of the traveling party, the client will receive an email with a link to enter all their credit card information directly to the payment gateway provider. Asiapay will directly process the payment and the client never reveals his or her credit card number to Tao Solutions Inc./ TravelSmart.NET. For transactions that are less than US$750 and are 3-D secure and card holder is part of the traveling party, the same procedure applies. A card is 3-D secure if it has a secret PIN associated with it. This PIN will be required in the online payment form.
For all remaining transactions (non-3D secure transactions above US$100 or 3D transactions above US$750 or card holder is not part of the traveling party), the payment requires an additional step of filling out and signing the Credit Card Guarantee Form. This form will be sent after the credit card details have been entered to our payment gateway provider. Other additional requirements include a photocopy of the guest's passport or driver's license for signature verification. Please be reminded that we need the same signature for the credit card guarantee form. The guest should email or fax all the requirements (signed credit card guarantee form, and passport or driver's license) to +63 2 896 4678 . All steps above need to be accomplished on or before the option date.
Upon approval of payment and submission of all required documents, TravelSmart.NET will issue a voucher and/or airlines tickets as proof that the reservation was made under TravelSmart.NET.
4. CHECKS - Clearance of checks takes about 30 days for
international checks. Three (3) days clearing for checks within
Metro Manila and at least fifteen (15) days for regional checks.
Confirmed bookings cannot be treated as finalized or paid until
check has been cleared. Guest will write a check to:

Note:
It's very important to fulfill all the requirements otherwise,
your confirmed booking will be AUTO-CANCELLED. Amanresort
Bookings: Amanresort confirmed bookings does not require
a guest to fax the requirements mentioned above. Charging of credit
cards will be done by the Amanresort itself.

Delivery Options
1.
PICK-UP FROM OUR OFFICE. Clients may pick-up the tickets
personally from our Makati office
located at 8427 Infophil.COM Bldg. Kalayaan
Avenue, Makati City, Philippines
2. DELIVERY WITHIN METRO MANILA. Tickets will be delivered
to the hotel/home address you will provide us with. We charge
a service fee of not less than PhP200 for this option.
3. DELIVERY THROUGH COURIER SERVICE. This option is for
deliveries outside Metro Manila. Tickets will be delivered to
the hotel/home address you will provide us with. We charge a service
fee of not less than 200 for this option.
4.
PICK-UP AT THE AIRPORT. For those who have connecting flights
or those who wish to get their tickets upon arrival, our office
staff could deliver the ticket/s upon providance of the flight
details i.e. time, airline etc. We charge a service fee of not
less than PhP200 for this option.
5.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES. Tickets will be delivered
to the hotel/home address you will provide us with. Service fee
is dependent on courier delivery charges.
