Century Park Hotel launches its promotion in honor of the most beloved woman in the life of a man: His mother.

For only P895++ per adult and P500++ for children 4 to 12 years old, surprise mom and the whole family with a lunch or dinner buffet at the Café in the Park, where a delightful array of Western and Asian fare awaits. Executive Chef Rudy Velasco and his team highlight Duck Gallantine, Prosciutto with Melon or Tuna Sashimi at the cold cuts section; fresh and crisp salads such as Peaches and Cottage Cheese, German Potato Salad or Smoked Chicken Salad; a heartwarming Mom’s Favorite Lobster Soup, crispy Lechon or Prime Ribs at the carving section. Mouthwatering dishes such as Eggplant Frittata, Nile Perch Tempura, Chicken Al Fredo, Fish Fillet Milefuile and Inihaw na Kasim are just some of the featured main courses in the hot section. A wide array of heavenly desserts such as Tofu Cheese Cake, Forbidden Cake and Special Taho with Fruit Campote will be a sweet finale for the family’s memorable feast.

If mom and the whole family are in the mood for authentic Japanese specialties, Unsui Japanese Restaurant is the place to be. For only 1,200+++, a filling set meal from appetizer to dessert will surely indulge you and your loved ones. Main courses include Lapu-Lapu Moro Miso Yaki (lapu-lapu fillet marinated in miso paste) Ika Siomai (Japanese style siomai), Seafood Kakiage (deep-fried julienne of vegetables with scallops and prawns). Another healthy choice for the calorie conscious moms are the deliciously prepared variety of salmon whether fresh, steamed, deep-fried, grilled or in a hot pot. Must try are Shake Yamamake (sliced fresh salmon with grated Japanese yam), Shake Shinjyo Mushi (steamed grated salmon), Ishikari Nabe (salmon and assorted vegetables in a hot pot with miso paste), and Shake Fray (deep-fried breaded salmon with mixed vegetable salad).

Its spacious area will give the whole family an exciting splash activity! Then there’s the newly built 3-lane Lapping Pool, for a more intense aquatic workout. The Lapping Pool promises to be a swimming heaven for the more serious swimmers. Both swimming pools have temperature-controlled waters.
