Cagayan Valley is not only widely known for its food products and souvenir items but also as a paradise for spelunking, trekking and game fishing. In fact, it is being promoted by the Department of Tourism (DoT) as an adventure and ecotourism, as well as a pilgrim destination.

This time, Festival Supermall is working hand in hand with the local government of Cagayan Valley and the DoT to promote the best of Cagayan among the residents of Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque and nearby towns of Laguna. Festival Supermall will parade an extensive collection of sumptuous Cagayano dishes like the Igado, Dinakdakan, Dinengdeng, Pinakbet, Pansit Cabagan, Tapang Baka, Ginisa Nga Agurong, Tuguegarao Longganisa, Pancit Batil Patung, Rice Cakes (Inatata, Muriekos and Binallay), Mud Crabs and Lallo and Alcala Carabao Milk Candy.

This festival of Cagayan Valley foods and other native products is ongoing until Sept. 17 at the mall’s 2nd level Carousel Court. Festival Supermall is located at the Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Aside from the region’s mouth watering cuisine and delicacies, mall patrons can also buy original merchandise from the Cagayan Valley. There will be a wide array of regional products like unique art pieces, choice handicrafts, selected antiques, local fashion accessories, gifts, toys, home accents and exquisite native furniture. It will be a "Pagayaya Festival," one of Cagayan’s prominent events, right at the Festival Supermall, where shopaholics can do their Christmas shopping as early as September.
