Hyatt gets new F&B head

Serge Dassy joins Hyatt Regency Manila as its director of Food and

Beverage, straight from a three-and-ahalf-year stint at Hyatt Regency Macau.

Dassy received his Basic Hotel Certificate in 1986 but took advanced courses

that furthered his management and technical skills at the Hotel School in his

home country of Belgium.
