"The people of Continental have worked together consistently for more than a decade to provide the best service you can get from an airline," said Continental chairman and CEO Gordon Bethune. "These awards demonstrate that we are still delivering what counts, and premium international travelers in particular continue to regard BusinessFirst as the top choice for its blend of cabin amenities and expert service from our personnel."
