Camp John Hay’s ‘Cool Holiday Fare’

Camp John Hay Manor in Baguio City have come up with cool weather holiday specials that will warm the hearts of young and old alike.





The Piano Bar at the Manor invites guests to sit by the fireplace, swoon to resident pianist David Tabligan’s romantic music and savor the season’s popular Cheese Fondue with a glass of white wine or the Prawn and Vegetable Tempura Basket with hot or cold sake.



Indulge in the strawberry concoctions at Le Chef Restaurant at the Manor such as Strawberry Souffle, Strawberry with Chocolate Fondue, Strawberry Cheesecake and Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate.



With the launch of their new menu, Chef Billy King introduces exciting new dishes, retained the old classic specialties and added Filipino favorites. He will surprise guests of Le Chef Restaurant at the Manor with these new flavors during the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner, the Noche Buena Mini Buffet, the Christmas Day Lunch and Dinner Buffet, the special New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet and New Year’s Day Brunch.



The shelves and counters of the popular Le Chef Deli at the Manor are brimming with all the traditional holiday goodies like the Classic Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies, Christmas Praline, Christmas Log and Gingerbread Houses.



For the traditional Filipino touch, a Bibingka and Puto Bumbong stand at the Manor garden will be serving these steaming hot native treats every afternoon during the holiday season.
