SINGAPORE – Oakwood Asia-Pacific, global luxury serviced residence leader, has named Robert Rosetti as its General Manager of the Year. Rosetti is general manager of the Oakwood Premier Ayala Center.
"Robert Rosetti has demonstrated outstanding leadership, both in terms of caring for his guests and leading the Manila market in performance," said PG Mathew, managing director of Oakwood Asia-Pacific. The award was presented in Bali at Oakwood Asia-Pacific’s annual meeting.
Rosetti was recognized for the exceptional results achieved by Oakwood Premier Ayala Center, including:
• 2004’s highest occupancy and REVPAR (revenue per average room) in the Manila market amongst both five-star hotels and serviced apartments categories.
• Excellent customer service ratings, derived from guest interviews done by Oakwood’s Guest Feedback Center in the US.
• Exceeding budgets set by owning companies Ayala Land and ING Rodamco, and management company Oakwood Asia-Pacific.
• Superior performance of the Oakroom Restaurant, in food quality and revenue.
A thirty-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Rosetti has managed international hotels in the US, Asia and the Middle East. He is a graduate of the Lausanne Hotel School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
