There are twenty large cottages, some of which have a loft sleeping area suitable for families with children or for four persons sharing. Ten of the cottages are air conditioned and ten are fan cooled. There is also one air conditioned studio apartment with a small kitchenette and a television.

All of the cottages are built entirely of native materials including coco lumber, native tropical hardwoods and bamboo, and the roofs of woven palm leaf and rattan grasses. Each of the cottages has a large verandah overlooking the lush tropical garden. The cottages are decorated with local fabrics, masks and antiques. All of the rooms have queen sized beds, mosquito nets and modern ensuite bathrooms with warm water showers.
