E. Child Policy

  • Please observe maximum room capacities for bookings with children
    • For Room Rates Booking:
      • Children 2-11 years old on Room Rate arrangement shall be charged Kiddie Meal rates at the resorts accordingly
      • Additional children 7 years old and above joining two persons in the room are subject to extra person charge on Room Rate arrangement
    • For Holiday Package Rate Booking:
      • Children 2-6 years old on Holiday Package arrangement shall be extended complimentary meals from the buffet. Ala Carte orders will be charged accordingly
      • Children 7-11 years old sharing room with at least one adult on Holiday Package arrangement shall be charged Child Supplement of Php 2,000.00 nett / night. The rate is inclusive of 3 full board meals, use of resort facilities, boat transfers, regular activites, tax and service charge.
      • Children 12 years old and above are considered adults and shall be charged applicable adult rates on Holiday Package Arrangement. Should a seperate room be requested for children without any adult shall assume the single Holiday Package Rate

  • Airfares are valid for flights operated by Island Trans-voyager Inc. (ITI) and arranged by El Nido Resorts
  • Airfares are subject to prevailing surcharge at time of booking. Based fares are fixed but Surcharge is subject to change.
  • Applicable surchage includes terminal fee, use of private passengers lounge with complimentary refreshments, insurance fee, aviation fee, and fuel surcharge, and may change without prior notice
  • 12% VAT shall be applied to total of airfare and applicable surcharge

H. Other Charges

Private Rountrip Boat Transfers: Guests requiring private boat tranfers outside our regular airport boat shuttle shall be charge compulsory private boat tranfer rate of Php 6,000.00 ++ for 1-5 persons, Php 1,000 ++ per additional pax, subject to 10% service charge and 12% VAT. Guests arriving / departing flights other the Island Transvoyager or on other arrangements have option to wait at El Nido Airport and join our regular Airport boat shuttle at extra charge. Please check with our Reservations Department available boat shuttle schedule on particular arrival / depart dates.

 

Meal Rates for Room Rate Bookings:

  • Buffet Breakfast: Php 600.00++ per adult , Php 400.00++ per child
  • Buffet Lunch Dinner: Php 750.00++ per adult, Php 500.00++ per child
  • Above rates are subject to 10% service charge and 12% VAT and are non-commisionable. A La Carte meals are also available at the Clubhouse Restaurants

 
Private Dining: Private Dining Set-up fee ranging from Php 1,000.00++ to Php 3,000.00++ per person shall be charged on top of meal selection for private dinner arrangements depending on location. Not applicable for buffet.
New Year's Eve Supplement: We will be charging a New Year's Eve Supplement to our in-house guests on New Years Eve. Rates are Php 1,500.00 ++ per adult on Package Arrangement. and Php 2,500.00 ++ per adult on room rate arrangement. With this one time compulsory charge, guest will be able to enjoy un upgraded menu, a glass of Methode Champenoise, fireworks, entertainment, and a gift to welcome the new year.

Conservation Fee: All visitors to EL-NIDO, 12 years old and above, are required by law to pay a conservation fee of Php 20.00 per person per night valid until October 31, 2009. Evvective November 1, 2009, a fixed fee of Php 200.00 per visit shall be collected per adult. Fees collected will be used by the Protected Area Management Board in the Management, Maintenance and administration of the El Nido Protected Area.

  • Direct access from Manila via Island Transvoyager Inc. (ITI). The regualar aircraft used is a 19-seater Dornier with a flight aproximately 75 minutes with the following daily departure:

    • El Nido - Manila: ETD 9:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM

CONDITIONS:

  • All guest must confirm arrival details and go thru Lio Airport in El Nido for proper security check. Transfers from Lio Airport to the resort shall only be via El Nido Resort's boats. Resort Management will not accommodate any guest not following this SOP
  • Free luggage allowance is 10KG including hand carry. Excess luggae will be charged Php 70.00/KG inclusive of VAT
  • ITI may offload luggage in the event of aircraft overloading but shall send these to the resort via the next available flight
