Metro Manila:  PhP 300 per 10 hour day or part thereof
Out of Town:   PhP 400 per 10 hour day or part thereof
Overtime:  PhP50 per hour for Metro Manila and Php60 per hour for Out of Town

• Waiver / Insurance - Rate is inclusive of Comprehensive Insurance / Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) requires renter to pay participation fee as determined by the insurance company in case of damage or upset to the vehicle. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) covers drivers and  passengers.
  
• Payment - a  deposit of 50% of estimated rental charges + PhP5,000 (refundable upon return and clearing of vehicle) is required upon confirmation (can be paid in cash or bank transfer).

  The remaining 50% should be settled prior to release of the vehicle. L.E.D.C. requires credit card details as guarantee.  A surcharge of 6.9% will be applied to the total amount for credit card payment.
  
• Rates include 24 hrs. use of the car within and/or outside Metro Manila; Chauffeur's service up to a maximum of 12 hrs. daily; and full coverage of insurance.
  
• Delivery / Pull-out of vehicle is to be arranged by guest by indicating in the reservation request the preference of turnover location.  Specify whether car is to be delivered to the airport, hotel, L.E.D.C. office or any place within Metro Manila.  A delivery or pull-out charge of PhP250 will be imposed for areas just within Metro Manila. For areas outside Manila, delivery and pull-out charges will be advised.
  
• Cancellation / Penalty Fee:  All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled use of vehicle.  Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in no show charges/forfeiture equivalent to 20% of total rental charges.
  
• Gasoline - Car is supplied with a full tank of premium grade gas which is refilled at the renter's expense upon return.
  
• Parking and toll fees shall be the responsibility of the renter.
• Maintenance - The quoted rate covers full maintenance of the vehicle including normal servicing and oil change. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, L.E.D.C Rent A Car must be notified immediately for service or replacement.
  
• The vehicle is equipped with air-conditioning, stereo / cassette, glass tinting and seat cover.
• Others - Renters are required to surrender their original passport upon turn over of the vehicle together with any proof of billing. This will only be used by LEDC Rent-A-Car as a guarantee. Passports are placed on a safety deposit box together with Php 5000 refundable fee and shall be returned to the renter upon clearing of the vehicle.
